An inventive mix of fresh-ground Roh deer with fiery spices
and cooked in a traditional clay oven on skewers. Served with
a slice of lemon. Simple, but so tasty.

The
finest Roh deer fillet steak, served with seasonable vegetables
in a piquant sauce, served in Singing Bowls based
on those seen at the Temple Of Hamalzahs Light in the
historic mining enclave of Xerxos.

A
hearty broth named after our glorious leader, which was presented
to Queliar on the day of the inception of Quantar Corridor station.
You too can follow Queliars tastebuds with this exotic
spicy vegetarian dish based on the thick soups traditionally
served to Monks on Rohs Day.

Atrium Grille Meze
Our
chefs always say that if you can finish a Grille on your own,
you can have another one free! This large platter of fine roast
meats from all over Quantar will challenge even the most corpulent
Solrain company director. Crispy Shredded Roh Deer, Fardah
Alligator steak strips, Goujons of Mimbat, Shepherd-style Quail,
Ladyfingers of Duk-duk, Parset tails
the list goes on!
All served with a selection of spice, oil, yoghurt and herb
dips from across the galaxy. Surely the centerpiece of the table
at any banquet!

Casters
Mimbat Surprise
Served on a sizzling cast iron platter, the Mimbat Surprise
is a whole roast mimbat delicately flavoured with garlic, Rohfruit
pods and Pahn oil, served with Harissa and a fresh salad.
The surprise is that cooked inside the mimbat is a succulent
baby Duk-duk wrapped in steamed Pahn leaves!

Matar Sweet Ricecakes (V)
A speciality of the region, these sweet ricecakes with honey
and coconut, served on decorative Pahn bark platters not
only taste good they look spectacular too!

Plaits (V)
Honeyed pastry plaits with seasonal fruits, served in a rich
Pahn-spirit-flavoured cream sauce. As indulgent and decadent
as any good Quantar should get!

Baklava Bankalla (V)
Layers
of delicate crispy Perascan pastry separate hidden veins with
nuggets of Dates, nuts and Rohfruit pods, drizzled with honey
and served warm in earthenware bowls. Dig in!

Jaman (V)
Soft sweet dough balls with The Jade Atriums special
mix of herbs, served in a thick sweet syrup. Not the wisest
dessert for those pilots who are flying home afterwards! Its
intoxicating effects are renowned, so caution is recommended.
