Main Meals

Fillet Xerxos

Temple Pottage Neamru

Temple Pottage Neamru (V)

A hearty broth named after our glorious leader, which was presented to Queliar on the day of the inception of Quantar Corridor station. You too can follow Queliar’s tastebuds with this exotic spicy vegetarian dish based on the thick soups traditionally served to Monks on Roh’s Day.

This large platter of fine roast meats from all over Quantar will challenge even the most corpulent Solrain company director. All served with a selection of spice, oil, yoghurt and herb dips from across the galaxy. Surely the centerpiece of the table at any banquet!

Caster’s Mimbat Surprise

Served on a sizzling cast iron platter, the Mimbat Surprise is a whole roast mimbat delicately flavoured with garlic, Rohfruit pods and P’ahn oil, served with Harissa and a fresh salad. The surprise is that cooked inside the mimbat is a succulent baby Duk-duk wrapped in steamed P’ahn leaves!
